Yup… Google Chrome is now the 3rd most used browser in US…. pushing ahead of Safari and leaving it in 4th place. Mozilla’s Mike Beltzner has shared a detailed insight into the development of Firefox 4… according to him, the most important feature that Firefox 3.7 was going to get was out of process plugins but that was incorporated into Firefox 3.6.4…. so probably there won’t be any Firefox 3.7.

To keep the guys at European Commission happy, Microsoft had agreed to give a users a choice of browsers. Today Microsoft has started sending a ballot on Windows Update to let Windows users in the United Kingdom, Belgium and France select their browser of choice. The rest of Europe will follow around March 1.
